Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that some handcrafted items may require 2-4 weeks for production and shipping from our artisan partners. Any extended processing times will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via USPS and other trusted carriers. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and destination. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99 within the continental United States.

International Shipping We're happy to ship to select international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages We carefully package all items, with extra protection for fragile pieces like ceramics and glassware. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at kristie@countrybykristie.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right.
